Light art photography consists of advanced techniques of longtime exposure and light painting. With the help of existing and own light sources new artworks are created, the artworks do not really exist, the photographer has to use his imagination for a perfect creation. During this session, some possibilities and techniques of light art photography are presented, but it is only to get into this deep and exciting direction of photography. Here creativity has nearly no borders and you can use this technique to gain great new effects in the Bodypainting photography or as a base for more complex artworks without the use of Photoshop.

The workshop consists of a theoretical introduction and a practical part. The techniques and effects learn in theory can be tried out immediately. And very special effects are shown that let you get spectacular pictures.

  • 07:00-09:00pm: Break
  • 09:00 pm - open End: practical training and Shooting
    • Sighting of the equipment
    • General explanation
    • Presentation of basic techniques
    • Realisation of different light art performances

    • Headlamp or small pocket lamp
    • If available objective, where the aperture can be adjusted manually (not necessary but for sure helpful)
